By contributing photos, video clips, setlists, comments, or other content, you grant Concert Capsules a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content. You represent that your contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own or have the right to share all content you upload.

You agree not to submit spam, offensive content, or intentionally inaccurate information. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' accounts.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Community flagging helps us identify problematic content for review.
Setlists are factual records of live performances. They are community-contributed and we do not guarantee their accuracy. The community editing and review process helps maintain data quality.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Concert Capsules is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
