You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
By contributing photos, video clips, setlists, comments, or other content, you grant Concert Capsules a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content. You represent that your contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own or have the right to share all content you upload.
Concert Capsules allows video clips of up to five minutes from concerts you personally attended. By uploading video content, you agree to the following:

You agree not to submit spam, offensive content, or intentionally inaccurate information. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' accounts.
Uploads and critical catalog or song-mapping changes may remain private until an administrator reviews them. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates these terms. Community reports help us identify problematic content for review.
Setlists are factual records of live performances. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Setlist changes are restricted to administrators so source evidence can be reviewed before publication.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Account deletion anonymizes your profile; public contributions may remain under a deleted-user label where retention is needed to preserve the concert record or meet legal obligations.
Concert Capsules is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
