When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (securely hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
When you upload photos or video clips, we store the media files along with metadata such as file type, size, and duration (for videos).
Your private library stores the notes, ticket images, companions, collections, ratings, saved media moments and approximate concert details you choose to save. We also store your interested, going or attended show statuses.
If you choose location check-in and grant browser permission, your coordinates, location accuracy, and reading time are sent to Concert Capsules to find nearby catalog shows and check proximity to the venue you confirm. We do not store these readings or track your location in the background. A successful check-in saves private Attended status in your library. You can change that status or its visibility later.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, manage your account, display your contributions and attendance history, and communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal information. Your public profile, contributions, and attendance (unless set to private) are visible to other users.
Private library records are visible only to you through your account. New show statuses are private by default; you can choose their visibility separately. Saving a note or uploading media does not publish attendance. Approved contributions to the shared archive are public.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not track individual users.
We store your spoiler preference in a browser cookie. Unsaved note drafts and upload recovery metadata may be kept in this tab's session storage, separated by account. Media files and upload credentials are not saved in those recovery records; refreshing may require selecting the original file again.
You can access, update, or delete your account at any time through settings. Deletion anonymizes your profile and signs out active sessions. Public contributions may remain under a deleted-user label; private provider assets are retained only as needed to complete deletion retries, legal obligations, and backups. For data access or deletion questions, contact us.
Use your library's export to download notes, saved moment references and history. Download ticket and media files separately before deleting your account; the JSON archive does not contain their bytes. Account deletion removes your private library records, show statuses and unpublished uploads from the app, and schedules stored-file cleanup.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We follow security best practices to protect your data.
