Get help identifying songs in a clip

Choose whether to scan

In a video’s song tag editor, open Help identify songs (optional) and choose Find songs automatically. This starts an audio scan for songs from that concert’s setlist. The app prepares the video’s audio and sends it to ACRCloud for matching. If you prefer to tag by ear, simply skip this optional step.

1. 1Wait for the scan, or close the window and come back while it continues.
2. 2Check the likely songs and their places in the clip. Suggestions can be uncertain, especially for live performances.
3. 3Choose Add suggestions to timeline, adjust any marker that is wrong, and Save tags. You can also choose Scan again.

If no suggestions appear

The feature may be unavailable, find no matches, or hit a usage limit. You can still tag songs and show moments yourself. Automatic suggestions do not become saved tags until you add them to the timeline and save them.
